Be, Inc./The Be Network is located in Des Moines, Iowa. Thus, Be, Inc./ The Be Network and our other services are subject to laws and regulations in place in Des Moines, Iowa. All legal activity related to us, our activities or any agreements between us and the user shall take place under the jurisdiction of Des Moines, Iowa.
In the case that any of the terms in these Terms of Services or our other policies are found to be unlawful, unenforceable or invalid, then the term in question shall instead be enforced to the maximum extent that the law or governing institute allows. Termination of the agreement also leads to direct loss of access to your account and all digital products or services you’ve purchased.
We have the right to terminate the agreement without notice if there is substantial reason for us to believe that you have breached any of the terms within these Terms of Service.
Should you still have any invoices or other payments left to be made to us, you will remain obligated to pay these even after termination of the agreement to the Terms of Service.
